Our story is both tragic and triumphant. Throughout the ages, we have been continuously persecuted and expelled from almost every corner of the globe. Yet we continue to triumph not only by surviving but by thriving through our unbreakable endurance and with our return to the land of Israel in the 20th century.
We find many verses in the book of Genesis dedicated to documenting people and their descendants. Perhaps genealogy is part of our DNA, as we have a tradition of telling the stories of our past and seek to explore new ones.
